Steamboat Springs Ski Resort has 18 Lifts and 297 Trails over 2,965 acres! Steamboat is actually a complete mountain range:

Steamboat offers a diversity of trails so there's something here for everyone - all skiing levels! Gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge, Sunshine & Storm Peak are Steamboat's particular claim to fame, with legendary Champagne Powder® snow in the trees for the most avid powder hounds, aka the Big Dogs!
We'll be staying at Gravity Haus rooms with either 1 King or 2 Queen beds . . . and Continental Breakfast is included!
A true Steamboat original, The Gravity Haus has a free-spirited home base of social buzz and vibrant fun with comfy amenities and a bullseye location with ski in and ski out ability makes this the only choice for hotels in Steamboat Springs.

From this landing page, the Ptarmigan Inn location is under all the Snowmass locations, you'll just have to scroll down to find it. Look at the bottom of the 3rd column for:
CO - Steamboat Gravity Haus. - you will need to click on the blue circle above this group of locations (most of which start with Snowmass).
Click on the blue circle which says "RENT FROM ONE OF THESE LOCATIONS" - it's right above the 'CO - Snowmass Club'.
This will take you to the rental page and you can start ordering your equipment. There's a list of store branches to choose from and the last one is

You will need to purchase your rentals before scheduling a fitting appointment. Choose the Gondola Square location, which is very close to our hotel - actually next door. Rentals essentially work like a lift ticket, so 5 of 7 days if you're planning a rest day.

DSC Steamboat Ski Trip - Please make sure the Trip Leader gets your completed and signed DSC Trip Application, as well as your AA AAdvantage #. Please let the Trip Leader know if you have any food restrictions or special needs.
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of an “airline ticket name change” (if one required) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.
Note: The afore stated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellation is between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the DSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
