Davos - Perfect snow, endless slopes, something for everyone!
Are you dreaming of a winter sports paradise where the snow is always perfect, the slopes endless, and you can enjoy a vibrant atmosphere? Located in the heart of Switzerland, Davos is the highest town in Western Europe and a beacon for winter sports enthusiasts worldwide. It has something for everyone: from intense ski slopes to serene hiking trails – perfect for adventurers and those seeking tranquility. This iconic destination is not just a skier’s and snowboarder’s dream due to its expansive, well-maintained slopes, but also a wonderland for those in love with winter landscapes, cultural richness, and above all, exquisite culinary delights.
Often called “Davos Klosters” because the town is close to Klosters resort, Davos sits in the Graubünden canton (1) in Eastern Switzerland. Graubünden is Switzerland’s largest canton by land area with stunning mountain landscapes, outdoor recreational activities, and cultural diversity. Davos is also the most popular destination within Graubünden and even hosts the annual World Economic Forum meeting.
You can choose from 255 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, 57 lifts, 82 secured runs in Davos Klosters Mountains. From blue (easy) to red (medium), black (difficult) and black/yellow (freeride), there is something for every taste and every type of skier. This vast ski area is divided into six different ski resorts, each with its own character and charm, making it a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. Whether you love skiing, snowboarding, or other snowbound adventures, you’ll always find something to your liking here.
- Parsenn – the largest ski area and arguably the most famous Swiss ski area is connected by a funicular, and a cable car offers long, scenic descents and challenging runs. It is known for its extensive range of slopes, including one of Europe’s longest descents from Weissfluh to Küblis. One of Europe’s classic ski areas, Parsenn is where the sport first developed in the early 1880’s.
- Jakobshorn, often called “Jakob,” earns fame for freestyle skiing, attracting adrenaline junkies who want to hit the terrain park or test their skills.
- Family-friendly Madrisa features gentle slopes and dedicated children’s areas with ski schools and childcare services. The scenic gondola ride to reach the Swiss slopes adds to the experience.
- Rinerhorn is often overlooked but offers more laid-back skiing experiences to escape the crowds and enjoy peaceful runs in beautiful Alpine settings.
- Pischa offers off-piste(2) skiing opportunities. Experienced skiers seeking powder stashes and untouched snow, head here; however, Swiss Pischa is less developed in terms of facilities. Pischa focuses on activities such as winter hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
- Schatzalp/Strela, located on the sunny side of Davos and quickly accessible from the city center, is perfect for skiers who seek a quieter pace or want to refine their technique on the gently sloping trails.
- Lastly, while not technically in Davos, nearby Klosters town offers exciting ski slopes and a charming Swiss village atmosphere.
The town of Davos, itself, is divided into two main districts and other more minor districts. Davos Platz is one of the two main parts of the town. The other central part is called Davos Dorf. Together, these two areas make up the municipality. Platz is situated at a slightly lower elevation than Dorf, further up the valley. While Platz and Dorf are distinct areas, they are joined by public transportation and provide visitors with different experiences.
Davos Platz, the central and more commercial part, is more bustling. It is lined with shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and Swiss institutions. In Platz, the Congress Center hosts conferences, events, and cultural performances, and there are several cultural attractions, including museums, art galleries, and theatres. Kirchner Museum is a notable Swiss institution dedicated to expressionist painter Ernst Ludwig Kirchner.
Davos Dorf offers a quieter, more residential ambience and is closer to ski slopes and cable cars. Key attractions in Dorf include the Parsenn ski area, Jakobshorn cable car, and the Davos Congress Center.
Vast terrain, perfect snow, and enriched with a touch of culture and culinary delights, Davos is the ultimate destination for any winter sports enthusiast! Sign up now!

St. Moritz (IKON) - The grandest Ski Resort in the Swiss Alps!
Saint Moritz offers world-class skiing with reliable snow, over three hundred kilometers of groomed runs, and stunning Alpine views in the Engadin Valley. It’s got a mix of terrain for all levels, from gentle beginner slopes to challenging black runs, plus legendary off-piste adventures. The resort’s high altitude keeps conditions prime, and its rich history as a luxury destination means top-notch facilities, charming villages, and après-ski vibes that make the whole experience unforgettable. It’s simply one of the best places to ski in the world.
St. Moritz’s main ski mountain is Corviglia, rising from 1,720 to 3,057 meters with 155 kilometers of groomed pistes, mostly South-facing for sunny runs. The area offers 27% beginner, 51% intermediate, and 22% advanced terrain served by 23 lifts, plus about 5 kilometers of freeride routes. Average annual snowfall is around 3 meters, with the broader Engadin region seeing up to 8 to 10 meters across linked areas like Corvatsch and Diavolezza for a total of roughly 300 to 350 kilometers of skiing. It’s hosted two Winter Olympics and is known for its glamorous vibe and reliable snow.
Winter in Saint Moritz is way more than just skiing. You can go ice skating on the frozen lake, try snowshoeing through the Alps, or take a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride. There’s also bobsledding on the famous Olympic track, curling, and even ice polo. The spa scene’s incredible too, with luxury wellness centers perfect for warming up after a cold day out.
Saint Moritz has been a playground for the ultra-wealthy for over a century, and it shows everywhere you look. Think five-star hotels with Michelin-starred restaurants, private jets landing at the tiny airport, and designer boutiques lining the main street. The village is full of fur coats, fancy cars, and people who treat champagne like water. Even the ski lifts feel luxurious, with heated seats and attendants helping you on and off. It’s the kind of place where old money meets new money, and everyone’s living their best glamorous Alpine life.
Join us for luxurious skiing with the rich and famous!
