*If you choose Land Only, we have a limited number of extra seats available on our shuttle from the airport to Telluride - you can meet us in the Montrose airport by 2 pm to ride with the group.  If you will be arriving much earlier, we can arrange for your shuttle.  Let Irving know your arrival time.  Cost is $125 RT.  This cost is already included in the Full Trip price - you only need to select this IF you are doing Land Only option.

Lodging - The Mountain Lodge

2 Bedroom/2 Bath Deluxe Condo - FULL
 1,200 sq ft.  Full kitchen, large dining area, spacious living room with 1/2 bath, fireplace and balcony.  Master bedroom has king bed, full bathroom and fireplace.  Second bedroom has 2 double beds and full bathroom.

2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo - FULL
950 sq ft.  Full kitchen, dining area, separate living area, fireplace and balcony.  Master bedroom has king bed, full bathroom and fireplace.  Second bedroom (lockoff*) has queen bed, full bathroom, separate fireplace and balcony.
*lockoff means the units are connected by an inner door and each side has an entrance from the hallway.

2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Suite - FULL
900 sq ft.  Full kitchen, dining area, separate living area, fireplace and balcony.  Master bedroom has king bed and full bathroom.  Second bedroom is upstairs with split-king (either king or 2 twins) full bathroom with open door at top of stairs.

The Mountain Lodge Telluride offering spacious accommodations, slope-side convenience, upscale amenities and friendly service. Located in the contemporary Mountain Village Resort, the Mountain Lodge is ideally located about four blocks from the Village Center and slope-side to the Double Cabin run. The Mountain
The region receives on average more than 300 inches of snow annually and offers more than 2,000 skiable acres for all ability levels.  With 300 days of yearly sunshine and no lift lines, the skiing in Telluride is an epic experience.  Telluride Ski Resort opened Revelation Bowl in 2008.  This spectacular European-style terrain is situated above tree line and offers advanced and expert skiing in an unbelievably scenic setting.  All told, the resort has recently expanded by nearly 400 acres, offering the most stunning skiing on the continent.  Telluride offers a wide variety of terrain ideal for abilities of all levels.
 Advanced/Expert Skiing (41%)
Adrenaline junkies beeline to Plunge (Lift 9) to conquer steep bump runs, such as Kant-Mak-M, Spiral Stairs and Mammoth.  Some experts opt to ski The Plunge, a classic run known for its breathtaking views of the town of Telluride.  This jaw-dropping black diamond descends 3,140 vertical feet from the top of the mountain down to Telluride.  Others prefer the steep and deep off Gold Hill (Lift 14), where Little Rose, Dynamo and Electra are popular choices.
 Intermediate Skiing (36%)
While Telluride skiing is renowned for its steeps and bumps, 36 percent of the resort is intermediate terrain.  Village (Lift 4), Palmyra (Lift 5) and Prospect (Lift 12) are perfect for intermediates, offering corduroy cruisers, glades, moderate bumps and short chutes.  See Forever, Telluride's most popular intermediate trail, is just over three miles long, providing panoramic views all the way to Utah's La Sal Mountains.
 Beginning Skiing (23%)
With wide-open slopes and no lift lines, beginner skiers can learn the tricks of the trade in a friendly, low-pressure atmosphere.  Sunshine (Lift 10), Ute Park (Lift 11) and Prospect Bowl (Lift 12) are a beginner and lower intermediate's dream with meandering green and blue runs that span nearly two miles.  Beginners also enjoy the Galloping Goose, a 4.6-mile trail that gently works its way from the top of Prospect (Lift 12) down to Mountain Village.

Return to the airport will be in time for our 2:40 pm departure - let Irving know if you have a much earlier departure time.

Cancellations
Dallas Ski Club Cancellation Policy is amended voiding the DSC Administration Cancellation Fee if you cancel prior to 11-30-20.  You will be able to cancel with no penalty anytime prior to November 30, 2020.  In addition, if there are governmental regulations restricting travel either in Montrose or Dallas, this trip will be cancelled with full refunds.

You will find the Trip Application here on our website, under the Trips tab or you can click the link above next to 'Additional Info'. Print it, complete it, sign it and return by mail or email. You can also take a picture of the completed and signed Trip Application - then email or text it to the Trip Leader.
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.

Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of an “airline ticket name change” (if one required) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.

Note: The afore stated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellation is between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the DSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
