Dallas Ski Club Annual Aspen Ski Trip 2020

Date: February 8 - 15, 2020 (Saturday to Saturday)

Flights:  Southwest Airlines - Dallas Love DAL to DEN - Denver International, Colorado

Price includes air, transfers - bus from Denver to Aspen, condos at the Gant, welcome reception, awards dinner, party pack, pre-trip party, great skiing, and racing with your DSC friends.

No Air Option Trip Cost:  $1,235 ($230 reduction)

Optional flight into Eagle/Vail: $1,895 ($430 additional) Note:  This option is no longer available.

Join the Dallas Ski Club for our annual Aspen Ski trip!  We'll be staying at the Gant again this year.  What better way to welcome the month than with a visit to our favorite annual party in this extraordinary winter home of the rich & famous.  Whether you are a beginner, a dedicated blue cruiser, a double-black rated Perro Grande, a racer going for those next level medals and trophies, or an après-ski lover at Little Nell dancing all night, you are sure to have a great time!


Lodging: The Gant - in downtown Aspen located at the base of Aspen Mountain. The Gant provides easy access to world class skiing and historic downtown Aspen, along with their signature Gant Van Service for on-demand in town and airport transportation.


DSC annual Club Ski Races will be held on the Snowmass NASTAR course on Thursday, February 13th, with our Club picnic after the Races!  Awards Banquet on Friday night!

Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made after deposit paid and prior to the first scheduled payment due date will result in a $50 administrative cancellation fee.

Any cancellation made after the first scheduled payment due date will result in the loss of all moneys paid UNLESS: 1) a wait list exists, and a “gender specific” replacement can accommodate the cancellation; 2) a wait list does not exist, and the canceling party can provide an appropriate “gender specific” replacement; or 3) the trip leader receives and signs up a “gender specific” participant to replace the canceled participant after having received his/her notice to cancel. If a replacement is obtained, an administrative cancellation fee of $100 AND the cost of an “airline ticket name change” (if one required) will be deducted from any refund to the canceled participant. When a wait list is in effect, substitutions of one’s own reservation is prohibited.

Note: The afore stated policy remains in effect when a cancellation is made as a result of a medical or family death situation which prohibits the attendance of the trip participant. Trip participants are encouraged to subscribe to a Trip Cancellation Insurance to ensure reimbursement for such situations. Reimbursement for such cancellation is between the Insurance Company and the insured and not the DSC. Work related cancellations are not generally accommodated by Trip Cancellation Insurance.
