Shrimp Boil - What a Party!!

The ski club enjoyed great company, ambience, and food at the Deno's on May 13th, which also happened to be their 6th wedding anniversary.

A yard party on a warm spring evening was the setting for food and drink, the common and necessary ingredients, not necessarily in that order, of most Dallas Ski Club parties. About thirty club members and guests enjoyed the beautifully landscaped yard, appropriately decorated with colorful table coverings to set the mood.

There were delicious appetizers, including fried onion strips and smoked sausage. The main course was a shrimp boil beyond match: freshly boiled shrimp - served both cooled and Cajun -spicy hot; potatoes, corn, and artichokes. Deserts were cakes and brownies.
