Changing of the Guard

The beautiful Tower Club on the top floor of the Thanksgiving Building in Dallas, was the site of this years Changing of the Guard. It was such a clear nite that you could see for miles from the room's wall of windows. After the cocktail hour we enjoyed a delicious dinner of beef tenderlion and salmon, followed by a trio dessert of creme brulee, berries and chocolate mousse. A great variety of music kept the dance floor full, even until the last song was played at 11:30 that nite. During the course of the evening we had our Changing of the Guard ceremony. The 2005-2006 board of directors turned over the responsibilities of leading the Dallas Ski Club to the new board for 2006-2007. Marlene Heinemann, new incoming President and her board have a great line up of ski trips and many exciting and fun events planned for the coming year. Lots to look forward to.

The past year has been a blast for us, and the best has been meeting and sharing good times and laughter with our membership. We thank you all so much for your support.
